An annual program should be seen as a guide and not a determination of exactly what your vehicle needs or how long it can go between services.  For the CA climate we recommend you have your car inspected and the oil changed every 7K miles or twice a year.

Air suspension. This is quite a common problem and is often seen after around six years.
